Who am I?
The man behind Radiant is me, Yassin Lhaiba-de Jong and just like every human being, I have also had to endure many challenges in life. Through trial and error I learned a lot from this. This was also one of the reasons why I started Radiant! I use my professional background and personal experiences to guide people to a suitable solution.
Radiant stands for the light in your life
Op Professionaly, , I have more than 20 years of experience within the Mental Health Care sector in various positions. During these 20 years I followed various courses such as: MBO Social Pedagogical Worker, HBO Social Pedagogical Caregiver, WO Master of Social Work and Healthcare and then completed a post-master training as a transcultural system therapist. Quite a climb as you can see, which I am very proud of!
In addition to my work at Radiant, I am currently also working at Radboud University in Nijmegen as an external PhD student (PHD) in the department: Gender & Diversity, where I research the 'coming out' process in relation to social networks (think of partner, friends, family and all other networks) within the LGBTQI+ community. With this knowledge and experience that I have gained, I want to support and guide others in this.
